San Francisco's Trick Dog (No42), completes the American contingent. The other British bars in the ranking are also in London - Three Sheets (No16), Coupette (No23), Scout (No28), Lyaness (No39), Happiness Forgets (No40), Swift (No41), Kwānt (No47) and Artesian, which takes 48th place.
